A video share community for people who love balloons. Upon successful membership request you must upload 3 videos of good quality. Members must upload 1 video per calendar month to retain membership. So if we have 60 members uploading 1 video each then that is 60 new videos a month. Members can also upload balloon pictures if desired. Clips that are outdated, randomly available, free or not of good quality will not be accepted. We aim to provide high quality, high end clips, they must be fairly recent. Members who are not meeting the standard will be removed from the group, members who do not post the minimum of videos will be removed without notice. Members who take videos from here and re post them on other sites will be removed Membership will be capped at 100 members. All new requests will have to wait for a position to become available when cap reached. new membership will be in order of membership request. Clips uploads must be in a downloadable link without the need for passwords or request to view them. Videos that require permission or password to access will be treated as a general post without a video. Videos must not have a download limit or expiry date, these will be treated as a general post and not a video upload.
