EBS credo We must never forget that the destinies of a great many people are in our hands, and through education we can influence their destiny in one direction or another. Their success is also our success. Our first priority is the success of our clients – our students and their employers. Our aim is that a large percentage of our customers number among the best managers / leaders and organisations and that not one EBS graduate be unemployed. The success of our own employees is our second priority. Our aim is that they will be inspired by life and constant development, and will have sufficient wealth and good working conditions. Through life's trials we will support them. Our society comes third in the list of priorities. Our aim is that society coulddevelop as fast as possible in each region where we operate. We aim to present Estonia as a rapidly developing cultured country through the export of education. Our duty is to support those who are weaker. Fourth in the list comes the success of our economy. We are convinced that this will come to pass when the first three have already been achieved. Profitability is a necessary pre-condition and tool for achieving more important goals. Profit is like oxygen, food and water for living organisms, because without these there is no life. But these do not represent the meaning of life. If we can achieve these aims, we will be competitive in all countries all over the world. EBS Rector and Founder
