Описание
Amaranthe (ранее известный как Avalanche) - это шведско-датская пауэр/мелодик-дет-метал-группа, сформировавшаяся в Швеции и Дании. Amaranthe - новый проект, в котором приняли участие Джейк Е. Лундберг (ex-Dream Evil, Dreamland) и Олоф Мерк (Nightrage, Dragonland).
Проект начал принимать завершенную форму, когда вокалисты Элиз Рид и Энди Сольвестром присоединились к группе, за ними пришел ударник Мортен Лоу. До недавнего времени был выпущен только демо-альбом под названием "Leave Everything Behind", который был размещен на их собственной страничке на сайте MySpace. Их четвёртая демо-песня из альбома была записана еще в 2008 году. Скопировано с Dark-World.ru.
В июне 2009 года был записан мини-альбом "Leave Everything Behind", который и стал их дебютным концертным альбомом, по словам гитариста и композитора Олофа Морка. Также стоит упомянуть, что вокалистка Amaranthe Элиз Рид принимала участие в европейском турне Kamelot летом 2010 года.
