- quizzes and challenges to make the words stick. Don’t shy away from the challenge to make your own sentences or even write short stories;
- tips on how you can get the most out of watching movies or listening to podcasts.
Who is it for? - English language learners who want to get more exposure to the language; - not for little ears or eyes. If you are playing these clips in the background where your little ones are, put in your earbuds and listen privately; - I believe that you will benefit more from EnglishPod if you’ve already reached Pre-Intermediate/Intermediate level; - English teachers are welcome to use the content I post here for listening activities they assign to their students.
My goal is to contribute to creating more exposure for you, so you will not only hear or read new vocabulary items, but also find the means to make your speech more spontaneous, elaborate and diverse.
About me:
My name is Olga.
- I’m not a linguistics graduate, however, I got my master’s degree in Humanities at Anglo-American University in Prague, which uses English as the language of instruction. I also underwent professional retraining to work as a licensed English teacher.
- I have passed different language exams, including TOEFL (ibt) and CAE (achieved grade A).
