The FIR+Debate is a project supported by Minsk Debating Society based at the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University. It aims to bring intellectual debate in English to the biggest University in Belarus.
We use the most common debating format globally - the British Parliamentary style (BP). We meet every Tuesday at 18:30 at FIR, BSU. Join us to develop critical thinking and improve your public speaking skills.
It is open for everyone. And yes, you can just come and watch. But we really encourage you to try and debate!
