This is brand new 3 bedrooms house with gated green area. First floor offers big open living space, one bedroom with, fool kitchen, bathroom. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms, private balcony, big terrace with partial sea view, living room, bathroom.
The house had been built in October of 2014. All furniture, appliances, and decor items are new and modern. The house sits on very quiet tropical area, close to local bars and restaurants.
The house has a great location- near by local big grocery store Macro (about 250 meters), Lamai post office, near local bars and restaurants, yet in very quiet and green area. It is less than 400 meters from very clean Lamai beach and famous Grandparents Rocks.
Within 2-3 minutes walking distance is Main Road where you can catch local public transportation, rent a car or a bike or simply walk around.
Free speed Wi-Fi and water. Cleaning service every 4 days is included for short terms customers.
House rules. No pets allowed. Smoking area is strictly outside of the house.
